Transfer Agreement

At Rocky Mountain Dachshund Rescue (RMDR), we recognize the vital role that collaboration plays in saving lives. Our Rescue-to-Rescue Transfer Agreement is designed to make partnerships straightforward, transparent, and focused on what matters most—the dogs.

We are grateful to work alongside other rescues that share our commitment to giving every dog the best possible chance. Whether it’s supporting an overwhelmed rescue, stepping in to help with placement, or working together on special cases, we value the trust and teamwork these agreements represent. Together, we can do more for the dogs who need us most.

Before completing this form, please make sure you have already contacted RMDR—using our Contact Page, by text, or by leaving a voicemail—to confirm we can accept the transfer.

If you are transferring more than one dog, please fill out a separate form for each dog. Thank you! After you submit the Transfer Agreement, you’ll automatically receive a copy by email for your records.
