(Salt Lake City, Utah) — These two are standard long haired dachshunds making a fluffy bonded pair! These charming boys need to stay together. Their family moved into assisted living and they were unable to keep them. These two have not been around other dogs long term.
Moritz is a blonde, curly haired doxie boy. He is energetic, adventurous and is a pretty happy dog! He enjoys carrying around and playing with squeaky toys, playing in the water and exploring. With his boisterous, solid gold doxie bark he is the alpha (he wants to be the alpha around other dogs). He likes to be around his family/people.
Max is a little bit smaller and is a black and tan dachshund with a cheerful bouncy trot. This little guy likes men, but is okay with women too. His temperament is pretty mellow overall. He likes to chase a tennis ball and play fetch. He likes to be near his brother Moritz and will follow his lead more often than not. He has a tender heart and likes to be with his brother and his humans.

These young doxies love scratches, tummy rubs, to be brushed and to play. They have a lot of energy, move quickly and nap hard! They’re a little overweight, but they have been getting more exercise and they love exploring the garden and taking care of dachshund-y business like following their noses around the perimeter of the backyard!
These boys will make great friends and companions for their new forever family. They want to be loved and would love to keep you company!
