— ADOPTED! — Meet Sissy! ❤️ A very happy 1 1/2 year old female dachshund mix. She is rather laid back, and loves to hang with her humans. Especially on the couch–and like a true dachshund, she burrows under the covers whenever she can!
Sissy is learning how to walk on a leash using a harness as well as doing her business outside. She can be shy and timid with strangers and looks to her human for guidance. She loves treats and positive reinforcement–she also loves kids and is good with other dogs once she feels safe.
Sissy is quite the escape artist! (In fact she hopped the fence at her previous home–to go hunting for free range chickens!) This girl loves to explore outside and she will make a wonderful companion for a family who is in search of an active, loving pup!
